Another, more pragmatic reason for beginning this second blog is that I want to begin to use the “Log of the Bay of Monterey” principly for natural history posts. I had blended in a variety of posts there that really belonged to a more personal site, such as this one. For example, these posts on the web as archive pt.1 and web as archive pt.2 as well as my days at the David Epel Lab, have more to do with my own history, than Monterey or natural history.
